Can you repair my credit card machine?
If you purchased a credit card machine from us, and you are still processing with us, we will replace your terminal free if it stops working due to normal wear and tear. Please contact us. If you are not a customer, we can do minor fixes. However, if your terminal needs to be repaired at the manufacturer, we can send your terminal in for repair. We can not give you an estimate on manufacturer repairs. In most cases, after shipping, parts and labor, it is cheaper to purchase a new terminal.
