Credit Card Machine Repairs

If you purchased a credit card machine through us, and you are processing through us, we will fix or replace your terminal free as long is it broke due to a defect in the credit card machine.

For merchants who are not currently one of our customers:
We can repair most OEM equipment models. In most cases, credit card machines are sent in for depot level repair and can take up to 8 weeks, depending on the repair needed and parts availablility. We try to fix minor problems locally.

For depot level repairs, you will pay a non-refundable minimum of $59.00 upfront. This fee includes initial troubleshooting, minor fixes and return ground shipping. If repair charges exceed $59.00, you will be given a repair quote, and the option to have your terminal repaired, returned, or scrapped. All payments will be due before your credit card machine is repaired and returned.
