Credit Card Machine Repairs
If you purchased a credit card machine through us, and you are processing through us, we will fix or replace your terminal free as long is it broke due to a defect in the credit card machine.For merchants who are not currently one of our customers:
We can repair most OEM equipment models. In most cases, credit card machines are sent in for depot level repair and can take up to 8 weeks, depending on the repair needed and parts availablility. We try to fix minor problems locally.
For depot level repairs, you will pay a minimum of $45.00 to cover shipping and troubleshooting fees upfront. Before any repair work begins, you will be given a repair quote, and the option to have your terminal repaired, returned, or scrapped. Payment for repairs will be due before your credit card machine is repaired and returned.
